Meg Kettell is a NYC based cinematographer who is best known for her natural yet beautiful shooting style.  Both striking and realistic, Meg brings this distinct magical realism to all of her projects which include narrative films, commercials, documentaries and branded content.

Meg has been collaborating with directors for two decades.  A passionate visual storyteller, she loves traveling, meeting new people and telling unique stories.  She has filmed all over the world, including Kenya, Vietnam, Thailand, Armenia, Guatemala, Cuba, Iceland, St. Lucia and South Africa as well as all across the United States.  Her cinematography has premiered at numerous film festivals, including the Tribeca Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival.

A proud member of the International Cinematographers Guild [ IATSE Local 600 ] and a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Meg won the Bahoric-Meisel Award for Women Cinematographers two years in a row.  She is an Active Member of the S.O.C. [Society of Camera Operators] and a recent recipient of the American Society of Cinematographer’s "ASC Vision" Mentorship program, mentored by cinematographer Tim Ives, ASC.

Meg works with some of the best film crews in New York City and around the globe and owns an Arri Alexa camera.
